Software:

1. in a browser address field type 127.0.0.1 or localhost then when on the left side of the web page under "Tools" click on phpmyadmin
   
   
2. create a menu shortcut with C:\xampp\mysql\bin\mysql.exe -u root
   
   
3. Download and install MySQL Query Browser software.
